About Joe

I was born and raised in the Texarkana area, and am an active member of the Texarkana Oaklawn Rotary Club.

I started working with computers around 1994, at the age of 11, with a 66mhz personal computer with 4 megabytes of ram.  I have since built computers, setup networks, and learned several programming languages.

I have been a professional freelance web designer for more than a decade serving businesses and individuals in and around the area.  I am always learning, growing, and trying to push myself and the websites I create to be the best that they can be.
