Real Estate Websites With Your MLS Listings Built In

Buyers search for a home in a town, a neighborhood or a price range, not for an agent’s name. Your website gives them every listing on the market, kept up to date from your MLS, with map search, saved homes and new-listing alerts, so they can do their searching with you. Websites with MLS listings are $300 a month with no setup fee.

Buyers and Sellers Search for Something Specific

Nobody types “real estate services.” They type the town, the kind of home or the question on their mind. A page about that exact thing matches what they typed. A general page usually doesn’t.

A Real Estate Website We Built

TROVA Real Estate Services: Every Listing, Straight From the MLS

TROVA Real Estate Services is a Texarkana-area real estate team led by broker Darla Wilf, helping buyers, sellers and investors across Texas and Arkansas. Their website has MLS-powered property search, community guides and an online home valuation request.

Listings update from the MLS on their own, so nobody types them in, and the home page shows their featured listings and the homes they’ve recently helped buyers and sellers close on.

Everything Buyers Expect From a Home Search

Your listings come straight from your MLS data feed and update on their own, around the clock. Buyers get the search tools they’re used to from the big home search sites, on your website, with you as the agent they contact.

Every listing has its own page with photos, details and a form to ask about it. Each request lands in your dashboard, and once a day you get an email showing which buyers saved which homes.

What Buyers Can Do

Search on a map, or draw the exact area they want
Filter by price, beds, baths and more
Save homes and searches
Get an email when new listings match their search
Compare up to 4 homes side by side
See upcoming open houses

The Offer

MLS Listings on Pro, $300 a Month

Websites with MLS listings are on our Pro plan, $300 a month with no setup fee, which also includes Google Maps listing optimization and covers more than one office. An agent website without MLS listings can start on Core, $200 a month.

There’s nothing to pay up front: your first monthly payment is the day we start building.

What We Need From You

Your MLS and your agent or office MLS ID
The towns and neighborhoods you serve
The disclaimers and notices your brokerage and state require
Your photo, bio and designations
Your logo
Your current website, if you have one, so we can bring over what’s there

How it works

From Sign-Up to Launch in Three Steps

You tell us about your business. We do the building.

1

Tell us about your business

Send us your MLS details, the areas you serve and your bio. If you have a website now, we start from that.

2

We build your site

We connect your MLS feed once your MLS approves it, write your community pages, set up your Spanish version and AI chat, and send you a first draft. Most first drafts are ready within 6 weeks.

3

Review and launch

You look it over and tell us what to change. Once you’re happy, it goes live, and your monthly update tasks keep it current.

No setup fee. Your first monthly payment starts the build.

$300 a month on our Pro plan with MLS listings, or $200 a month on Core without them, with no setup fee. That covers building the site, hosting, backups and security updates, plus monthly update tasks. Compare the plans.
We connect through the RESO Web API, the industry standard used by MLS data platforms like Trestle, Bridge and Spark, and through MLS Grid. If your MLS offers a data feed for agent websites, ask us about it.
Yes. Listings come from your MLS’s data feed, which your MLS has to approve for your website. Once it’s approved, we connect it, and listings update on their own from then on.
Yes. Listings with your agent or office MLS ID are featured automatically, and you can feature or hide any listing from your dashboard.
Yes, if your MLS allows it. By default the site shows homes sold in the last 24 months alongside active and pending listings, and you can turn sold listings off.
No, and nobody honestly can. What we can do is give Google a page for each town, neighborhood and kind of home people search for, with its own title, description and content. New pages usually take a few months to start showing up in searches.
Plans have a 12-month minimum term. After the first 12 months, you can cancel any time, and your plan ends with the current billing period. Read the terms.
