Every website we build is hosted by us, and that hosting is already part of your monthly plan. There’s no separate hosting invoice, no renewal notice to watch for, and no third-party control panel you have to learn.

Your site runs on Amazon Web Services, on servers we manage and monitor. When something needs attention—a security patch, a software version reaching end of life, a configuration change—we handle it. You don’t get an email telling you to go fix your own server.

That’s the point of an all-inclusive plan. Design, hosting, updates and maintenance come from one place, for one predictable price, so you always know who to call.

What Your Hosting Includes

The things that keep a website fast, online and out of trouble—none of them billed as extras.

Software Kept Current

We keep PHP and the rest of the server software on supported, patched versions. You’ll never get a warning that your site is running something that stopped receiving security fixes years ago.

Regular Backups

Your files and your database are backed up on a schedule, with copies kept off the server. If something goes wrong, we restore it—you don’t have to go looking for last year’s copy on someone’s hard drive.

SSD Storage

Everything sits on solid-state storage. Pages, images and database queries all read from SSDs, which is a large part of why the sites we host load as quickly as they do.

Not Oversold

We don’t stack hundreds of sites onto one machine to make the numbers work. Your site gets real room to run, so a busy neighbor on the same server doesn’t become your problem.

Free SSL Certificate

Your site is served over HTTPS with a certificate that renews itself, at no extra charge. Visitors see the padlock, and search engines see a secure site.

Transactional Email

Contact form notifications, receipts, password resets and other automatic messages send from your website at no extra charge.

The Email Your Website Sends Is Included

Most websites need to send mail. A contact form notification, an order receipt, a password reset, an appointment reminder—these are transactional emails, sent one at a time in response to something a visitor just did.

Sending them is included in your plan at no extra charge. There’s no per-message fee, and no separate email service for you to sign up for and configure.

What it doesn’t cover is bulk marketing email—newsletters and promotional blasts to a large list. Those belong on a dedicated mailing platform. Sending them from a web server hurts the deliverability of the mail your site actually depends on, so if you want to run campaigns, we’ll help you set that up the right way.
