Google Review Requests

Turn Happy Customers Into Google Reviews

Most happy customers never think to leave a review. A friendly text from your business, with a link that takes a couple of taps, changes that. Send us your customer list and we’ll take it from there. It’s included on Pro and up.

Everything It Takes to Get More Reviews

One friendly ask per customer, done the way Google allows.

One Friendly Text

Each customer gets a short thank-you from your business with a link asking how you did. One text, not a string of follow-ups.

A Review in a Couple of Taps

Everyone who opens the link gets a button that goes straight to writing a Google review for your business.

Private Feedback Comes to You

Customers who rate you 3 stars or lower also get a private message box, and what they write is emailed straight to you.

Texts at Reasonable Hours

Texts only go out between 8 AM and 9 PM your time, and anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.

See Who Responded

Your dashboard shows who opened the link, how they rated you, and who clicked through to leave a review.

A QR Code for the Counter

Get a review link and QR code to print on receipts, invoices or a counter card, so walk-in customers can review you too.

How It Works

What Your Customers See

A text from your business, a star rating, and a button to review you on Google. Here’s the whole thing from your customer’s side.

Your customer gets a text from your business thanking them, with a link.
The link opens a short page asking how you did, and they tap a star rating.
Every rating gets the same button to review you on Google.
Ratings of 3 stars or lower also get a private message box that goes straight to you.
Nobody on your list is asked twice within 90 days.

Google doesn’t allow asking only happy customers for reviews, so every customer gets the same chance to review you, whatever they rate.

Getting started

How We Get Your Review Requests Going

You send a list. We handle the texts.

1

Send us your list

A spreadsheet of past customers with a name and mobile number for each. An email address works for anyone without a mobile number.

2

We send the texts

We load your list, and each customer gets one text from your business during daytime hours.

3

Reviews come in

Customers tap through to Google, private feedback lands in your inbox, and your dashboard shows who responded.

Included on Pro, Elite and Enterprise.

Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask their customers for reviews. What it doesn’t allow is asking only happy customers, or offering something in return for a review. Every customer we text gets the same link and the same chance to review you.
Customers you’ve done work for who gave you their mobile number. We only text the list you send us.
A short thank-you from your business with a link asking how you did, like the sample above. We can change the wording so it sounds like you.
They see the same Google review button as everyone else. Because they rated you 3 stars or lower, they also get a private message box, and their message is emailed straight to you so you can make it right.
No. Each customer on your list gets one text, and anyone already asked in the last 90 days is skipped. Anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.
Yes. A request can go out on its own a day after a booking is marked completed or an online order is paid, so you never have to remember to ask. More about online booking.
